In Sweden it is usually (depending on circumstances of course) quite easy and can be accomplished in the span of a few days, if not quicker. Yup. I have currently 350/20 Ethernet from DNA which costs 19,90e per month. The best I can get from Telia is 100/10 at 34,90e.. According to the customer support thread they went and bought a console and game now to work on it on their end. I mean sure it's frustrating and slow, but what can you expect them to do? No it is not easy...some times its even impossible. I think over half of people live in smaller towns where there really is just one choise for ISP. Fe. I have to pay 55€/month for 20/1 DNA ADSL and i really dont have any other choise for solid connection. 4G connections work somehow almost everywhere, but at many places they are just too slow for playing. I think DNA was really fast fixing this after they were contacted the way that they could see that there really is problem effecting a larger group of customers.
