Daigle_ Posted May 3, 2017 Report Share Posted May 3, 2017 Sjukstugan closed the season in Pro division with a indisputable loss in the finals against probably one off the best teams in the world, Carlsberg. We had, as always, half the team changed due to different reasons entering this ECL 4 division based organism. And Oh boy what a thrill it was. Very well done Kenu and Lurkins and all involved. With the masterminds behind The Pigeongate added to Rimpe and Filariou this was certainly a season the play. And since Olof "kuken" Gustafsson was our sweeper in defence maybe we could sweep some teams in the playoffs? But hell no. We finished 2nd in our group with a very tight margin (downwards anyhow). 3points separated teams 2-5. Thanks to all the teams in our group, it was a tough one and Sjukstugan wishes all off you the best off luck next season and a happy summer til then. Our rockstar went to Japan and got drunk as fuck during the groupstage and our offensive Dman went to L.A for couple off weeks but we managed with a little help from our friends. Our opponents were driving porsches and we had to make amends. Kuudos to trollkarlen från Sörse a.k.a Maise, Rimpe maestro and Crono. Then playoff and then playoff ended. The alpha furyan who was dominating the offense from his D position and in the playoff lead all defenders in points with 4 goals and 24 helpers in 22 games. 11 points before second player, including GWG in game 7 against Kattiautomati which meant promotion.
